  • Where do you travel for Design Consultations?
    Always Thinking Designs will come to your home on the scheduled date and appointment time within the local area of Marshfield, WI, and up to a 1- hour radius drive outside of that city. If travel is required outside of this radius, we charge a mileage reimbursement. Please note that Always Thinking Designs will have the final say regarding the acceptance of travel distance and feasibility of travel on a given day(s) regardless of the reason.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Always Thinking Designs Always Thinking Designs accepts Credit Cards, Checks or Cash.
  • Can I Combine Services?
    Of course, just give us a heads up and we can provide whatever combination of services you’re wanting. We also can create matching arrangements, wreaths and table decor if desired. The hourly cost would be unchanged. Given the size of the order, later date pickup would be expected.
  • Do you have a Return Policy?
    We don’t because most floral items don’t do well with returns and we pride ourselves on providing top quality floral and accessories for our clients.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    If you have scheduled an appointment for any of our Always Thinking Designs services and need to cancel, or reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice prior to that appointment. Given we are a business we respect your time as valuable and appreciate every effort for our clients to do the same and notify us of appointment cancellations as far in advance as possible, especially if travel outside of Marshfield is required. We really don’t want to institute a charge for canceled appointments.
  • Do you Accept Payment Plans?
    We do not accept payment plans.
  • Do You Offer Replacement Items For Damaged Parts After Sale?
    Certainly, if the item included with your piece was defective at the time of sale, it will be replaced as is without charge. If we no longer have that particular item, a comparable item of similar character and price will be issued. If the item was damaged after sale, we can try to replace it however you will need to pay for that.
