The Design Concept Package is ideal for homeowners who desire a fully envisioned, decorating plan, within the current wall structures of their home. Each concept is tailored to their home's style, individual tastes and design preferences.

It begins with an initial 2-hour, in-person or virtual consultation, with an additional scheduled visit for measurements and home details as needed.

From there, a professional visual design concept is developed. It's presented using 2D and 3D drawings, delivering a confident plan for the space.
This includes room layout design selections, samples, and sourcing options so you can move forward with confidence, independently.
What to Expect
Your design concept package includes a complete, 2D and 3D visual roadmap delineating personalized home decorating, within the current wall structures of your home.
The drawings will illustrate space planning, furniture selection and arrangement, color direction, window treatments, lighting, flooring, hard finishes and carefully selected decor, reflective of the Client's preferences and style of their home.
This presentation highlights the positive collaborative approach between the Client and Designer, whereby creating a cohesive and beautifully styled home space together.

Once the Design Concept Package is presented, the Client moves forward independently with plan implementation.
Further Home Designer support is available beyond this planning stage, by purchasing additional Designer By Your Side hours if desired.
